Is Internet access available?
No.
Do you have any non-smoking rooms?
No, although all rooms are disinfected to remove odors.
Is it possible to have meals served in the room?
On request (you will be required to eat in a private room under normal circumstances: \2,100 supplement per person.)
What times are dinner and breakfast served?
Dinner: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Breakfast: 7:00 am to 9:30 am.
Do you have a coin laundry?
Located inside the bathrooms on the 3rd and 5th floors.
What times are the souvenir shop open?
4:00 pm to 9:30 pm, and 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
Do you operate a shuttle service?
Between the hotel and Abashiri Station (request when making your reservation.)
Is it possible to sleep together with the children?
Yes. Children between 0 and 5 years old are free of charge (however, no additional bedding is provided.)

By rental car, taxi or bus.

Abashiri Prison Museum, Abashiri Prison, Okhotsk Ryu-hyo Museum, Hokkaido Museum of Northern Peoples.
What is the cost of taxies to the airport and station?
10 minutes to Abashiri Station, approximately \1,500 in summer, \1,800 in winter / 20 minutes to Memanbetsu Airport, approximately \4,000 in summer, \5,000 in winter.
Is it possible to send express mail from the hotel?
Yes. Apply at the souvenir shop.
Can we bring our own food and drink into the hotel?
Yes (however, food may not be taken into the restaurant areas.)
